SEEKING EXPRESSION OF INTEREST OF OPD MANAGEMENT

SHORT NOTICE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The National Institute of Homoeopathy is the premier teaching/training institution in Homoeopathy in India. The Institute is affiliated to the West Bengal University of Health Sciences and conducts both Under Graduate & Post Graduate Courses in Homoeopathy. The In-Patient Department of the hospital is equipped with 100 beds (to be expanded to 250 beds shortly) and the Out Patient Department cater to about 1200 patients daily (6-days in week). The hospital also provides necessary diagnostic services. The OPD timings is from 9 A.M. onwards till last patient is served on that day, on all working days excepts Sunday & Gazette holidays.

2. The institute proposes to outsource the services like Patient Registration through LAN services at the registration counter , collection of user fee for various services as approved by NIH, Segregating the patients to regulate their smooth flow to Consultation chambers, training the interns and PGTs on data entry at the Consultation Chamber and also to make entry of the medicine dispensed at the dispensary counter.

3. Expression of interest is invited on Annual Contract Basis from reputed organisations including PSUs for deployment of manpower for working on LAN Desk at 3 points (Registration & Collection of user charges, Segregation and Dispensing areas). Issuing of token to regulate the patient flow, computer stationery etc shall be provided by the vendor. Preservation of electronic data shall be the responsibility of the vendor and would be sole propriety of the Institute. The Vendor shall generate and submit formatted reports as and when necessary. The Registration should invariably start at 8.30 AM.

The company must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

● Trade license.

● Annual turnover of the company should not be less than 50 lakhs per year.

● Should have experience of handling such nature of jobs (enclose client list)

● Having experience of working in Hospital environment with software management.

4. Interested organisations who fulfills the above eligibility criteria may submit their expression of interest clearly indicating modalities of services proposed to be provided for smoothly discharging the OPD Management function as indicated at para-3 above alongwith requirement of nature of manpower.

5. The sealed envelope superscripted as “Expression of Interest for OPD Management” should reach to the office of the Director, NIH within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice (excluding the day of the advertisement).

6. Interested parties may contact the Dy. Medical Supdt. of NIH and personally visit the functioning of the OPD/IPD services on any working days between 9.00 AM – 2.00 PM with prior appointment if required.

7. Authority of the Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason, which will be final and binding.
